A feature that found never its way in final diablo 2 were the organs. They were disabled by blizzard. In this mod (and the most others) they have returned! In this mod they increse and sometimes deincrease item properties. With organs you can make your favorite items much more stronger.
To upgrade an item you have to put them with one organ into the horadric cube. After cubing the item will be upgraded and the property from the organ now appears on the item.
But there are some uniques / set items, that have anyway much properties. When you gave him once more and more you probably get a item which could not display more properties. Be warned!
